30-Day Return Policy

At Iron Road Coffee, we stand behind our product. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened bags and pods are generally non-returnable unless the product is defective or damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened coffee products (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


Return Process

  1. Email ironroadcoffee@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges
